About this deal

We have now developed several other unique products following the same process and use the initial product runs to gauge market interest. i just bought the filmores for my road rims so once they arrive and set up I'll see how much difference they make. The Micro Piggy proved to be a nice addition for local gravel rides around my home town of Dawson Creek, where a frame bag wasn't really that necessary. When it happens to me it’s usually because I’ve forgotten to check that there is still enough sealant in the tyre.

The stick-on mounting itself is quite straight forward: Use the alcohol wipe provided to ensure a clean surface; place the adhesive strip on the back of the mount, and press it onto the frame.I am fairly set on using a frame bag for bikepacking, and unfortunately that leaves me wondering where I'd put the Micro Piggy.

You can replace it, but it's not 'removable' in the usual sense, because of the way it has to be pushed through the valve and out of the outside of the rim – it can't be removed while the tyre is seated. You can either seat the tyre without sealant and then pump sealant through the valve, or seat the tyre with sealant in.Have been using Milkit valves for a couple of years - mostly good but the plastic valve tube gets twisted/stuck often. Industrial designers with over 30 years experience between them, they're also avid cyclists with a passion for all cycling disciplines. Before launching a product it undergoes rigorous testing by 76 projects, podium bothering racers, daily commuters, and weekend warriors.

Building on previous versions that have been used by world, Olympic, and Ironman champions the latest 3.We did investigate going down the injection moulding route but it was cost prohibitive to produce 4+ tools with complicated movable cores. Projects TT Mounts are chosen by many of the world's top Time Trialists and Triathletes who recognise how the unique design allows them to maintain their aero position whilst viewing their data.

In the mid 2000s, the powder bed fusion (PBF) process was established as reliable for both form and functional testing of parts and tools. So that’s on the top tube, under the down tube, on the fork leg and even in the traditional bottle position. I do have to unclog the valves quite frequently, though, so I was very keen to test the 76 Projects valves, and as I squeezed the bottle of sealant I noticed straight away how quickly and easily the sealant flowed through the valve. In these days of tubeless tyres for bicycles and how efficient they are at stopping puncures it’s easy to forget that you you might at some point on a ride need to put an inner tube into the tyre. Paul explains the effects of this technology evolution and how it is reflected in the way the business operates.

Extra-wide brackets are available for widths 90mm to 130mm bars centre to centre (68-108mm inside to inside). I’m not overstating it when I say that Nick, Connor and the team have been instrumental in the development of our company from the early days of testing and trialing product ideas. is a key manufacturing partner for us and supported us on our growth trajectory to a point where we have now invested in our own MultiJet Fusion (MJF) additive manufacturing (AM) solution.
