About this deal

Wow what a book. This is the first T.M. Logan book I have read, and I simply can’t believe how much I have been missing out on! Ed is now determined to discover and expose who the real Ryan is. Yes, he may have disliked Abbie’s other boyfriends in the past. I mean, no one is really good enough for Ed’s daughter. But this time it’s different. This time Ed sees true evil behind Ryan’s eyes!

Logan’s The Catch book ending explained - breaking down T. M Logan’s

Poor Ellen, I really did feel for her as she was put through the mill just for helping a stranger. The situation is made worse for her by being left a note with the baby that says “don’t trust anyone”. With so many characters, some seemingly quite unpleasant I found it impossible to know who was trustworthy, if any of them were. I knew I wanted to write so journalism seemed an obvious choice, and after five years as a reporter and then education correspondent on the Nottingham Evening Post I moved to London to work on the Daily Mail. At the Mail I became the paper’s Science Reporter, covering all kinds of stories from new technology to the environment, space, genetics, health and medicine. I enjoyed being a national newspaper journalist but it didn’t leave much time for anything else – like thriller writing.I was born in Berkshire and grew up in Reading, the youngest of three boys and a fully-fledged bookworm from a very young age. I read history at Westfield College, part of the University of London, and went on to do a postgrad at Cardiff University. Abbey brings home her new fiancé Ryan to introduce him to the family, everyone immediately falls in love with the Charming, successful and handsome Ryan. Everyone that is, but Ed, Abbey’s Dad. Something about him just doesn’t seem right and Ed decides he needs to find out what that is before it’s too late when they get married in the next month:. However Ed is the only one that thinks that way. Is it all in his mind or is there really something fishy about him. He starts digging into Ryan’s past but what will he find out if anything and will it pull the family apart?

LIES by T.M. Logan — Crime by the Book Book Review: LIES by T.M. Logan — Crime by the Book

Great start, its taut, exciting, intriguing and suspenseful, and when they both get kidnapped it ratchets up all those things even more Eicher, John H., and David J. Eicher, Civil War High Commands. Stanford: Stanford University Press, 2001. ISBN 978-0-8047-3641-1. Ed always knew deep down in his gut that his daughter Abbie’s Fiancé wasn’t for her, there was just something dark down deep in Ryan’s soul that know one could see but him, I listened to an audio version of this book as was already reading something else and Emma Gregory is a very good narrator. This book had a nice number of twists and turns. I enjoyed the characters and the various POV's in this book. T.M. crafted a riveting, fun and engrossing book. I can't wait for what he comes up with next.

Terrified that his daughter is being drawn in by a psychopath, Ed sets out to uncover her fiancé's dark past - while keeping his own concealed. But no-one believes him. And the more he digs, the more he alienates her and the rest of the family who are convinced that Ryan is 'the one'. Abbie found out that at 20 year old Ryan had married a woman called Lori but was sent to prison after being convicted of assault, wounding and possession of an offensive weapon against her. She initiated divorce proceedings but shortly after he was released from prison she went “missing” too. In The Catch book ending Ryan and Abbie end up having it out in the heart of the Dark Peak in the Peak District after walking around nearby handing out missing person posters. I did guess a few of the minor twists but I didn’t know who the craziest was in the whirlwind that ensued. Once things begin to unravel I found I couldn’t stop reading!
