About this deal

It’s not something I’d necessarily wear (except maybe to work), but it certainly is clean and fresh.

I’m currently going through a ‘clean fresh out the shower smell’ phase so I snagged this alongside a few other Philosophy perfumes. Normally I cannot stand the smell of lavender but in Pure Grace the lavender mixes so well with the soapy musk!I can smell this on my clothes and hair after I have applied it and you cannot overdo it, perfect for the office or going out, it stays with you in your personal space and doesn't shout or misbehave. I'm only being 100% honest imo and do wish to say this IS offensive to people around one who wears it. Won't last all day and while it's most definitely not a "night-out" scent nor is it a "special occasion" fragrance.

it's the new hand soap for United/Continental flights, and I COULD NOT stop smelling my hands after I washed them! I tend to get sick of perfumes very easily, but this fragrance is so fresh and clean that it is difficult to get tired of. My suspicious nature often wondered if her addiction to the smell of purity was overcompensating for something, but if it was I never discovered what.not soapy "in a good way", no floral, not aromatic either and definitely not green (which I also love). Contrary to most people, I don't think it smells all that clean and soapy, but then my idea of a clean fragrance was my father's Dial gold bar.

To me, it's way more complex and beautiful than just shower fresh - I can't imagine what kind of magical water I would have to use to smell like this just from bathing. I have a pretty good nose and would definitely not have picked out the notes between what is actually in it and what I smell. I think i might have offended the lady at the counter when I sad smells like some sort of bathroom cleaner. I would have sworn it was detergent, her shampoo, dryer sheets, something so it made sense finding out it was a 'soap' scent. I do not like lavender in general but I have disliked certain elements in many perfumes and end up loving the combination.

Longevity is not the best (although I get get compliments well into my shift) and it sits close to skin but is great for a work or everyday signature scent. Honestly, if you have Amazing Grace, you probably don’t need this one - to my nose, Pure Grace is just its muskier and more citrusy sister. You know, I really do like this scent, but when comparing it to other stuff I have, this feels just slightly one under everything and I never end up wearing it. To me, in a bottle, it captures a summer day after a swim in the river, clothes and hair dried by sun.
