If the manufacturer does not provide such information, the width is calculated from the diagonal and the aspect ratio. For an inexpensive little thing, it's perfect for its purpose and for what I am currently using this monitor for.It also helps them save costs with its modest energy consumption, and offers tilt and wall-mount options.
