Everyone gets to be a part of Warhammer 40,000 history this weekend, as the Leagues of Votann make their triumphant return to the galaxy. Arriving on the battlefields of the 41st Millennium with a chunky army set featuring everything you need to get started with this formidable new range. There are many more weapon types such as HYlas and Ion weapons, plasma axes and swords, concussion and mass gauntlets. These are all Kin versions of weapon types that exist in other 40k armies though their characteristics may differ. At the heart of every League is a Votann Ancestor Core, an immeasurably powerful and ancient artificial intelligence system that contains millennia of accumulated lore and knowledge.
