Hi Dominic just wanted to thank you for out flat cat windows guards. We are so pleased with them. I can't tell you how fabulous it is to sleep in a cool bedroom knowing our cats are safe (and it seems to have stopped the spiders coming in as well - way hay! fabulous). We have slept in a sauna of a bedroom since I woke up at 3 am one morning about 8 years ago to find one of my cats teetering on the edge of the fanlight window ready to jump from the first floor window - very very scary so we just kept the windows closed from then on!! Plus off course a The Flat Cat is held on the window through the pushing together of the hook and loop fixings. Once fitted the Flat Cat can be applied and removed in seconds whenever you need it. Flat Cats are suitable for either wood or UPVC window frames. I just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service. All my screens are up and working perfectly!

Now waiting for another really hot day so I can have a cool bedroom with the window open and no visitations from neighbouring cats. Just wanted to say a massive thank you!! I live in a first floor flat and have a house cat, suki now lives sitting in the breeze on the window sill :) a happy customer. Our one cat is quite a curious one and he tried but couldn't get it off :) Such a great product! Fantastic product & very easy to assemble. Thanks a lot In 2005 I spent a year living in a second floor flat. With its large south facing windows, boy was I glad that I had spent the money on building a Flat Cat. I managed to stay cool (or cooler than I was before) and the cats were very happy and safe. They actually seemed to take up residence at the window, getting all the smells from outside and toasting themselves in the sun at the same time.

Received the flat cats today and have installed one already. Thanks again, delighted with it (& by the looks of it, so is she). YB. Dublin, Ireland A persistent cat can definitely chew through a traditional window screen. A pet screen is different because it is seven times stronger than a traditional screen. Although the angle might be hard to get through, a cat that is determined to get outside will use her claws and teeth to achieve her mission. It's lovely to have the windows open with this beautiful weather, and not be worried about my girls getting out. Thankyou again Just to let you know the cat flats arrived and I installed them very easily she has only gone bonzi and ran at the screen door once and she bounced right off lol. Hi Dominic, I've had my Flat Cat for nearly a month now and I couldn't express how wonderful your product is. Since putting up the screen on the day I received it, my worries of Muffin's paws being injured while resting them in the window frame instantly disappeared. Now, I can even look forward to keeping my windows open at night in the coming summer months :-) Thank you so, so much. It has a 15 x 10 (per square inch) weave that allows outwards transparency while keeping sun rays and insects out.I'm just writing to let you know that I've been Flat Cats for 6 weeks now and I found it to be a brilliant and very simple solution to trying to keep my housecats indoors during summer. Before they arrived I was a bit sceptical about whether the velcro would be strong enough to stop the cats escaping. However, it forms a very strong bond and, to be honest, the biggest worry I had initially was that the bond was so strong that I might pull the velcro off the window frame. This did happen on one or two occassions soon after I installed it but,with a little care it was fine and, in any case, the bond between the velcro and the wood has strengthened with time. One thing I would advise, though, is to make sure your cat's claws are kept relatively short as, if they are too long, they can get caught in the mesh I've attached a picture of the boys enjoying them already.
